Doug Delaney: Tower Dog (#24)

Doug's book, Tower Dog: Life Inside The Deadliest Job in America, was published earlier this year by Soft Skull. He phoned in so we could talk about muckraking, the convoluted mess of the cell phone tower industry, and slap-dicks. We couldn't actually say "slap-dick" on the air. But we talked about them, and they usually come from South Florida. The Chicago translation would be "jagoff".

Thanks for joining us, Doug. We had a blast. High fives and hugs to Jamie Trecker, who hosted and produced the show while battling pneumonia.
